3. Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting bgd66 support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the Player's registered payment method.
4. Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by bgd66 for cause — all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited. Real-money balances, where not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, will be processed for return to the Player's registered payment method.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

bgd66's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 12. Amendments to These Terms
